Wellspring of Life Church Awareness Walk Against Human Trafficking

Wellspring of Life Church is hosting a walk to raise awareness against human trafficking on Saturday, October 25th at Lincoln Park, located at 910 N. 12th Street in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Participants will meet at ASH Shelter. Walk begins promptly at 10:00 A.M. and is approx. three (3) miles.

"Rise Up 2025" Community Event in Delta
November 6-8
Delta, CO
Former NBA basketball champion Adrian Branch will be the special guest at "Rise Up 2025", a three night revival event at the Delta Family Center (822 Grand Ave) in Delta on November 6-8.
Branch played for the Los Angeles Lakers and is known for his powerful testimony, dynamic storytelling and passion for the message of Christ!
"Rise Up 2025" is sponsored by several Delta churches including Delta Christian, Grace Church, Rivers Church, and First Baptist.
The gatherings will be held Thursday, Friday and Saturday,
Nov. 6 thru 8, at 7:00 pm each night. Admission is free.

Free Tours with Alpha Omega Institute
October/November
Grand Junction, CO
Alpha Omega Institute is holding several free tours in the coming weeks.
Saturday, Oct. 11 is a tour at the Rabbit Valley Dinosaur Site west of Grand Junction from 9:00 to 12:30
Friday, Oct. 31, a tour at Colorado National Monument from 12:30 to 4:30.
Saturday, Nov. 1, an all day tour at Arches and Canyonlands National Parks in Utah
All tours begin at Alpha Omega headquarters, 1011 N. 10th in Grand Junction. There is no charge.

Reverent Rhythems Dance performance of "Beyond The Beast"
November 20-22
Grand Junction, CO
Local Christian dance company Reverent Rhythms will present “Beyond The Beast” on Thur-Sat, Nov 20-22, at 3080 Hoover Drive in Grand Junction (near 31 Rd & I-70 B).
Performances will be nightly at 6:00 pm, plus a matinee on Saturday at 1:00 pm.
“Beyond The Beast” is a re-imagined telling of Beauty and the Beast, where Belle finds herself not just in a fairy tale but in a living parable where she must choose between giving in to peer pressure or living out her faith.
Tickets are $20, with discounts for seniors and children.

Annual Father to the Fatherless Thanksgiving Dinner

Father to the Fatherless International is hosting their annual Thanksgiving Dinner on Saturday, Nov. 22nd at First Presbyterian Church located at 3940 27 1/2 Road in Grand Junction from 5pm-8pm.
The event will have free food, updates about projects & people in Uganda, story time, and likely some African music & videos.

The 2025-26 AWANA Ministry in the Delta First Baptist Church located at 1250 Pioneer Road in Delta , CO. began on Wednesday, September 10th and will continue every Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM for ages 3 years old (potty trained) through 6th grade.
Interactive game time, Chapel time and bible memorization along with fun activities for all.
