Redlands Community Church located at 2327 Broadway in Grand Junction, Colorado, will hold vacation Bible school on Monday thru Friday, June 8 to June 12, from 9:00 to Noon, 

for ages 4 through 5th grade.

The theme is “Illumination Station” where kids can learn about how to shine a light on who Jesus really is! Kids will discover that Jesus is the light that brings hope to a dark world.

For ages 4 years old to 5th grade.

 This exciting VBS will help kids learn about the nature of God point them to be rooted in a relationship with Him.

The 2026 Walk for Life in Grand Junction will be held Saturday, June 13, from 9:00 to Noon at Las Colonias Park at the Tranquillo Shelter near the Butterfly Pond.

The event is sponsored by Mesa County Right to Life, The Pregnancy Center, and CMU Students for Life.

Former abortionist-turned-pro-life advocate Dr. Catherine Wheeler will be the keynote speaker.

A free lunch will be provided for registered participants.

The Sharing Ministries Food Bank in Montrose is celebrating it's 30th anniversary with a "Back to the Future Festival" on Saturday, June 27, 2026.

The day features tours, food, music, information, and entertainment from 8:30am-4:30pm at the food bank, located at 68169 Miami Road in Montrose.

Sharing Ministries is a non-denominational faith-based food bank providing nutritious food to those in need and facilitating education about healthy living and other community resources.
